today is hisa's birthday again! ^.^ this year to celebrate i drew a little HIGH COMMUNICATIONS hisa. i like how he turned out, but not so much the background and stuff. >.> i still like last years hisa birthday art better.
looks like this is going to be my tradition for celebrating hisa's birthday - making cute hsia art. ^.^
